Common questions
How fast will I receive my cape?
Instantly for most capes: your code is emailed the moment payment goes through, and it is also saved in your account. Capes marked “delivered by our team” usually arrive within a few hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Will it work with my Minecraft account?
Yes — each product page explains exactly how to redeem it. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Email support with your order number (it is in your receipt and your account) and a real person will help you.
Do you offer refunds?
Codes that have not been redeemed can be refunded. Once a code has been used we can’t take it back, but we will always help if something isn’t right.
How does the sign-up discount work?
Create a free account and verify your email: your first order gets the new-account discount automatically on eligible capes. It doesn’t stack with other coupons — you always get the better one.
